Guru Maharaja is every day taking oil message when he wakes up before taking
bath. Since he went to bed late yesterday night he woke up a bit late this
morning. After bath and other morning duties he took breakfast and then was
Pranic healing by Aditi. Between 10 am to 12.30 was accupuncture treatment
continued by half an hour face therapy. Today Guru Maharaja had some time to
do physio therapy excercises with devotees before lunch on a big matress.
Then was his lunch time. After lunch Guru Maharaja had two hour rest.
The physiotherapist again got stuck up in traffic jam. We had requested
Dr.Somendra to see if he can manage to come on time as it is essential for
Guru Maharaja to finish the physiotherapy on time so that he could go for
the Ratha yatra preaching program earlier and come back earlier. Therefore
he asked if he should anyway come to do the treatment as it would be late.
Even if it is late we all asked him to come as it is very essential for Guru
Maharaja to do physiotheraphy.
Instead of 5.30 pm he reached here at 6pm and Guru Maharaja did treatment
until 7pm and then he had to take shower and by the time he reached the
Ratha yatra pandal it was already 8.20pm. Guru Maharaja first took darshan
of the Deities. Then he went at 9pm to take dinner. HH Bhakticaru Maharaja
was also with him. Somehow couple of devotees had told Guru Maharaja that he
should take dinner first and then he would be taken to Question and Answer
booth.
As the dinner was above to finish Ekanath Gaura prabhu had written on big
Block letters on his laptop saying, “SLEEPING TIME”. He kept the laptop
behind Guru Maharaja so other devotees who had gathered would notice and not
disturb Guru Maharaja. Also another devotee asked all the devotees to leave
so Guru Maharaja could leave the pandal and he could sleep on time. It was
already 9.35pm.
Guru Maharaja wanted to give Question and answer session and Ekanath Gaura
prabhu replied that the booth is already closed and no one was there. Guru
Maharaja became very upset saying, “You all cheated me.” We didn’t know that
some devotees had told Guru Maharaja that he could give Q and A session
after the dinner. But anyway it was too late to do anything and therefore
Ekanath Gaura prabhu told Guru Maharaja that we should go back to temple.
Guru Maharaja said, “I do therapies whole day long and I am asking only one
hour a day for preaching.” On one side we feel sorry that he was unable to
preach as per his desire and on another side it is also important for us,
his disciples to take care of his body. It is an eternal struggle for the
servants who assist Guru Maharaja to do his schedule!
Even though everyone said that the Q & A booth was closed still Guru
Maharaja wanted to see the stall how it looked. So he was taken on wheel
chair to the booth. All the outside crowd had already left. So Guru Maharaja
was taken back to the temple. Although a bit upset Guru Maharaja slept early
today!
