Harinam and Brahmin initiation candidates need to write the philosophical test either under the supervision of the authorized temple authorities/Namahatta/Bhakti Vrikshas with which they are administratively connected or at JPS office Mayapur.

Candidates who wish to take the exam at JPS office have to fix a mutually convenient date. JPS office conducts written exams and interviews 3 days before the initiation, the 3 day period before the initiation is reserved for the other official preparations.  Please note that the written exam format consists of descriptive questions and Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) based on the topics mentioned in the philosophical test paper (Harinam and Brahmin) which is available in the following link http://www.jayapatakaswamioffice.com/?page_id=3. All candidates have to answer both descriptive and multiple choice questions irrespective of their Bhakti Sastri qualification.
